It was a pleasure for Right to Life NSW to host our Annual Gala Dinner at the Epping Club last Saturday night.  

Guest Speaker, Hon Tony Abbott complimented the work of Right to Life NSW in the recent abortion campaign as well as congratulated the work of the parliamentarians in the room including Rev Fred Nile MLC, Tanya Davies MP, Kevin Connolly MP and Minister Damien Tudehope MLC.

Parliamentarians were given a standing ovation as they entered in recognition of their service to the pro-life movement.

The dinner reminded us in many ways that our fight has changed – we are now faced with an abortion-to-birth bill.  Someone once said to me that being involved in the pro-life cause is like running a marathon not a sprint.  While the fight during the campaign was the sprint, we must now turn our attention to running a race of endurance. 

Together we will work towards making abortion unthinkable.
